導入截圖失敗怎麼辦?
用步驟總結圖效果最好 —— 就是那種一張圖裡分格寫著每一步的。整篇長文的截圖、或者只有成品照的圖,AI 抓不出步驟。
如果提示「AI 這次回傳的資料不完整」,那是這一次回答壞了,同一張圖再試一次通常就好。
計時器在鎖屏或切到別的 App 之後還準嗎?
準。計時走的是絕對時間,不靠 App 在前台跑。可以走開的步驟會排系統通知,到點會叫你。
分享出去的連結能收回嗎?
能。打開那份菜譜,點「撤回分享」,連結立刻失效,已經存了連結的人也打不開。
換手機之後菜譜還在嗎?
用 iPhone 的備份(iCloud 備份或電腦備份)整台轉移的話,會跟著過去。我們還沒有雲端同步,單獨在新手機上裝 App 是空的。
公開到社群的菜譜怎麼撤下?帳號怎麼刪?
打開那份菜譜,在「社群」那一格點「撤下」。刪帳號在「帳號 → 刪除帳號」,會連同你公開過的每一道菜一起刪掉。看到不妥的內容可以在那一條上檢舉,或者屏蔽那位作者;我們會在 24 小時內處理。社群規則見 社群使用條款。
語音指令聽不懂我說話?
它只認短指令的結尾:「下一步」「上一步」「還要多久」「要放什麼」「再說一次」「安靜」。抽油煙機很吵的時候辨識率會掉,點螢幕永遠可用。
見 隱私權政策與 社群使用條款。簡單說:沒有追蹤、截圖用完即丟、菜譜只存在你手機上。只有想把菜譜公開到社群時才需要帳號,公開的內容大家都看得到,隨時可以撤下或刪除帳號。

Import didn't find a recipe.
Step-summary images work best — the kind with one panel per step. A screenshot of a long article, or just a photo of the finished dish, doesn't give the AI steps to work with.
If you see "the AI's response came back incomplete", that response just failed; retrying the same image usually works.
Are timers accurate when the screen locks?
Yes. Timers run off absolute deadlines, not a foreground clock. Steps you can walk away from also schedule a system notification.
Can I take back a shared link?
Yes. Open the recipe and tap Unshare. The link stops working right away, including for anyone who saved it.
Do recipes move to a new phone?
If you move everything over with an iPhone backup (iCloud or computer), yes. There's no cloud sync yet, so installing the app fresh on a new phone starts empty.
How do I take down a recipe I published, or delete my account?
Open the recipe and tap Take down in its Community box. To delete your account, go to Account → Delete account; every recipe you published goes with it. If you see something inappropriate, report it from that recipe or block its author; we act on reports within 24 hours. Community rules: Community Terms.
Voice commands don't hear me.
It matches the end of short commands only: "next", "back", "how long", "what do I need", "repeat", "quiet". A loud range hood hurts accuracy; tapping always works.
See the Privacy Policy and Community Terms. In short: no tracking, screenshots are discarded after recognition, recipes stay on your phone. You only need an account to publish recipes to the community; what you publish is visible to everyone, and you can take it down or delete your account at any time.
