社群使用條款

這份條款適用於社群功能:把菜譜公開到社群、帳號暱稱、署名與留言,以及檢舉。只做菜、不公開的話用不到它。App 的其他部分適用 Apple 的標準使用許可協議(Licensed Application End User License Agreement)。資料怎麼處理見 隱私權政策。

零容忍

我們對不當內容和騷擾他人零容忍。公開的菜譜、暱稱、署名和留言裡都不可以有:

• 色情、暴力、血腥、仇恨或歧視的內容;
• 騷擾、威脅、霸凌他人,或冒充他人;
• 廣告、聯絡方式、導流連結或洗版內容;
• 違法的內容,或明顯危險、可能讓人受傷的做法;
• 侵犯他人著作權的內容(例如整篇照搬別人的網頁或影片)。

我們怎麼處理

• 公開和更新時會自動檢查;可疑的會先等人工看過,才出現在列表上。
• 每一道公開的菜都可以檢舉,也可以屏蔽那位作者,不再看到他的菜。
• 我們會在 24 小時內處理檢舉:違反這份條款的內容會被移除,發布的人會被停用帳號 —— 他公開的菜全部下架,也不能再登入公開。

你公開的內容

• 請只公開你自己寫的、或自己改出來的做法。
• 公開即表示你同意其他使用者瀏覽它、把它導入到自己的 App 裡使用,也同意我們為此保存和顯示它。已經被別人導入的副本,撤下之後收不回來。
• 你可以隨時撤下自己公開的菜,或在 App 裡刪除帳號。

菜譜內容

社群上的菜譜由使用者提供,我們不保證內容正確。做菜時請自己留意食材安全、過敏和火候。

變更與聯絡

條款有變動會更新本頁的日期,重大變動會在 App 內告知。有問題或要檢舉,請寄信到 rokajun11@gmail.com。

Community Terms

These terms cover the community features: publishing recipes to the community, your display name, bylines and messages, and reports. If you only cook and never publish, they don't apply to you. The rest of the app is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. How data is handled: see the Privacy Policy.

Zero tolerance

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Published recipes, display names, bylines and messages must not contain:

• sexual, violent, gory, hateful or discriminatory content;
• harassment, threats or bullying of others, or impersonation;
• ads, contact details, promotional links or spam;
• illegal content, or methods that are clearly dangerous and could hurt someone;
• content that infringes someone else's copyright (such as copying another website or video word for word).

What we do

• Recipes are checked automatically when published or updated; suspicious ones appear in the list only after a person reviews them.
• Every published recipe can be reported, and you can block its author so you no longer see their recipes.
• We act on reports within 24 hours: content that breaks these terms is removed and its author's account is suspended — all their recipes come down and they can no longer sign in to publish.

What you publish

• Publish only recipes you wrote or made your own.
• By publishing, you let other users view it and import it into their own copy of the app, and you let us store and display it for that purpose. Copies others have already imported stay with them after you take it down.
• You can take down your recipes or delete your account in the app at any time.

Recipe content

Community recipes come from users and we don't guarantee they're correct. Use your own judgement about food safety, allergies and heat when cooking.
